Each week Orla will guide you in learning the basics of yoga over the 6 weeks
Please note- there will be no class on Wednesday 4th March.
We will focus on poses to help us improve balance, flexibly and mobility, we will also work with breathing techniques to help calm the body and mind.
This course is suitable for anyone who is completely new to yoga, or who is returning to movement after a break.
