Join Karen on Tuesday evenings for a new beginner class starting this October! These classes have a slower pace of practice where you will be guided and supported through a range of poses to aid ease and relaxation on and off the mat. Ideal for beginners or those looking for a gentler experience, each class will include breathwork and end with deep relaxation. Classes are suitable for complete beginners or people returning to practice. We’ll go slow but get a good stretch – leaving you calm and relaxed for the week ahead.
