Thought what a lovely way to spend a few hours over this Xmas time

Im going to run a couple of classes over the christmas break to keep us all moving, fit and healthy. Christmas can be a stressful time for alot of us…so lets makes some plans for some Recharge and reset ourselves.

Ill make some nice Bliss Balls treats and Coffee for after for those who would like to stay and have a catch up.

Ill be offering 2 classes over the week-

Monday 23rd- 10.000am-11.15am – Yoga Class 20euro

Friday 27th 10.00am- 11.15am- Class is 20 euro

Discount- 30euro for both classes when booked together.

This classes are unfortunately not suitable for total beginners.
