Level 1
14th July – 5.50pm- 6.50pm and runs for 4 weeks
Level 1 – Under the guidance of a Pilates Instructor, you will work through the foundations of Reformer Pilates, getting to know your body, the machine and the exercise movements for a full body workout.
Learn the basic principles of Reformer Pilates and how to apply them for a full body workout focused on core strength, spinal mobility and stability – while conditioning the entire body through movement.
Suitable for absolute beginners, people new or returning to exercise and those with a curiosity!
