Michelle fell in love with all things Pilates in Australia and has been practicing Pilates for the last 10 years. Decided to take the plunge into teacher training and completed a comprehensive mentorship program with Balance Body. Has trained in all the Pilates repertoire and is passionate about sharing the benefits Pilates has to bring!

Suitable for absolute beginners, people new or returning to exercise and those with a curiosity!
