Improvers 6 Week Yoga Course

Perfect class for those who have completed the beginners courses with Orla and are looking to continue to learn and deepen their practice. There will be no class on Monday 6th May with the bank holiday.
Please note that Orla is having some surgery on the 26th April so Grainne Finnegan will be stepping in to help out while Orla recovers. She hopes to be back teaching after 1-2 weeks.
