Vinyasa Flow – Mandala Flow with Jenny T

Jenny T is back n Studio this July for a pop up class- Shes back with a Fab Mandala Flow class for us all to enjoy.

A mandala flow is a fun and dynamic yoga sequence, inspired by vinyasa but with a focus on circular movement around the mat.
The circular movement is linked to the breath, creating a flowing and rhythmic experience.

Mandalas represent wholeness, unity and the cyclical nature of life.
