• Come and join Orla Mc Adam form Zenergy Yoga for a blissful Morning on Sunday the 15th Sept in Carlingford for our Yoga/Sauna/Swim at Hot Box Saunas. Join us as we practice Yoga outdoors in the very cool chill out area at the saunas form 8.30am-9.45am…followed by swim and 45 mins of Sauna in a choice of two saunas.  Check out the video below to see how cool the place is. Indoor option can be provided if weather looks it it may not be possible to practice outside. Yoga and Sauna is 30euro Please bring your own mat if possible….or we can also provide one if you forget or dont have one. The yoga class will be suitable for those who have practiced some yoga before and also those with a stronger yoga practice. We will be staying for a cuppa and chats after for those who dont need to rush off…delicious coffee and treats are available form Rabelo Cafe right beside the sauna site.   • The 30 Day Yoga Challenge is back....for the 9TH Year running, and each year it gets better and better!
    We will have a selection of awesome teachers leading you through the 30days with a mixture of Ashtanga/Vinyasa/Power Vinyasa, Flexibility Flows, Weekly Yoga workshops and this year we have added a breathing class to compliment our strong physical practice.
    Classes will be live in studio daily with a range of AMAZING teachers.
    This moth long challenge is an unbelievable opportunity for your body and mind to feel the benefits of a daily yoga practice with a selection of experienced teachers.
    This year will see the return of our regular challenge teachers, Jenny Torley, Bill Murphy, Grainne Finnegan, Orla Mc Adam...and this year we have a new Teacher..John Mc Keown- Qualified Wim Hoff instructor joining our team to introduce you to the power of the breath. Ive been attending breathing classes with him and I cant describe the place of calm it manages to bring me to, so im so excited that he can share it with you guys too!
