Come and join me for our first blissful Morning on Sunday the 7th July in Carlingford for our first Yoga/Sauna/Swim at Hot Box Sauna
Join us as we practice Yoga outdoors in the very cool chill out area at the saunas form 8.30am-9.45am…followed by swim and 45 mins of Sauna in a choice of two saunas.
Yoga and Sauna is 28euro- please make sure you have not added POSTAGE to your order- please click studio collection
If space allows we may be able to offer-
Yoga only- 15euro
Sauna only -15euro
Please bring your own mat if possible….or we can also provide one if you forget or dont have one.
The yoga class will be suitable for those newer to yoga and also those with a stronger yoga practice.
We will be staying for a cuppa and chats after for those who dont need to rush off…delicious coffe treats are available form Rabelo Cafe right beside the sauna site.
