Zenergy Wellbeing studio is located on the main street of Blackrock Co. Louth. It’s a purpose built yoga studio with Panoramic sea views of the east coast. We hope to inspire, guide and help anyone who is new to yoga or wishes to deepen their practice by helping to Strengthen the body but at the same time, Calm the mind. We hope to enable you to deepen your practice at a natural pace. Yoga truly transformed my life and I feel so blessed that I now have the opportunity to introduce more people to yoga and see new yogis reap the benefits physically, mentally and spiritually. It’s a lifelong and humbling journey I hope to meet you on the mat soon. Just come with an open mind and a gentle smile.
